I am writing about the West Hempstead, NY rental location. I have been going there for 15 years for my car rental needs. I have come to know the current staff  by first name, so I'll mention  that Anthony, Vidhal and manger James are always friendly, efficient, courteous and helpful. A great team at this location. Thanks Enterprise!

Had an excellent experience with the car rental.  Nice people, helpful.  Got upgraded to a hybrid Prius, which used $20 gas for the week.  Only suggestion:  a little more help with this specific car and attention to  a short person and a tall trunk when lifted.

I like the fact that I was able to get a rental at the last minute.  Although, the car was not inspected nor cleaned before it was given to me, it did wreak of smoke.  The salesperson sprayed the car, but it didn't last.  Due to my need of the car at the last minute, I chose to take it as is.  Customer service was great. The 4 star rating is because of  the  smoke.
I will use your service again, hopefully I won't  be in a rush.

Terrible customer service, both at pick-up and drop off.
Was worried I would be maybe 5 minutes max. late to return the car before they closed and called to let them know. Refused to stay open one extra second. Got there with 1 minute to spare.
