I came to rent a car because of an accident i had. As soon as you walk in they acknowledge you’re there and then assist you as soon as possible. This office is very busy and I think it’s because of the great customer service they provide. They accommodated me very well with all my requests and even lowered the price of a rental because they didn’t have what I needed. I would definitely recommend anyone to come over. They were also very helpful when I called over the phone. I personally spoke to Mathew Intravia the manager and congratulated him on such fine work amongst the staff. The next time I have to rent a car I definitely come over here.

I've never had a better experience working with a rental car company than I have with this specific location. They were extremely helpful and accommodating when I needed a last minute car on a holiday weekend 20 minutes before closing. I can't say enough good things about Carrie who helped me. She worked quick & let me borrow her phone charger before I got on the road. Thank you, Carrie & Enterprise for a pleasant & seamless experience!

Amazing! Everyone is so friendly. Ali is a great manager she engages every guest that walks through the door. I will continue to go there even if another location is closer.

Make sure you call to confirm if you make an online reservation. Their system may say the location has a car, but it only checks on a regional level (i.e the car is within 50 miles, but not at the specific location). Either way, customer service was amazing and they helped us locate an alternative car that was cheaper than what we originally anticipated.
