The representatives at Queens Village were nice, and helpful,but the representatives like Marquise at Valley Stream gave exceptional service from the pick up conflict I encountered to answering all the questions I had to pick the best car to drive in the snow. When the fluid button had a problem Marquise took additional time to address the issue then helped me set up the bluetooth without an attitude.Even though Valley Stream is further I would travel there.

I HAVE DEALT WITH THE QUEENS VILLAGE BRANCH FOR YEARS AND THE PEOPLE AND SERVICE IS GREAT.  REALLY FRIENDLY AND STAFF WANTS TO PLEASE.  MY ONLY SUGGESTION WOULD BE FOR THIS LOCATION TO PRICE THE CARS THE SAME AS THE FLORAL PARK LOCATION.

Almost stopped coming here after an exceptionally rude manager gave our car to a walk in after we arrived 2 minutes late and he refused to provide a different category. Didn't even made courtesy call to warn us, and never apologized and refused to acknowledge he was in charge when we asked who was manager. Subsequent experience was better with new faces.

Very professional staff.
This is my family's favorite rental place.
We enjoyed the courteous pickup to and from the place.
The experience of driving a Dodge Caravan was comfortable for all and a pleasure to drive.
We thank the wonderful Enterprise staff, Anthony, Robert, Austin, Robin, and Kyle for their excellent service and team work.
