Good day... I had the best experience with this location. From the pickup to the drop off and the constant reminders and communication from the entire Enterprise Team ~ made my rental experience wonderful. I will come back because the customer service ROCKS!!!

I originally rented a small compact car online and when I went to pick it up there was none available. The staff was so nice and upgraded me to a Chevy Malibu which is an amazing car to drive. It came in handy too because we had that big snow storm and the Traction control came in handy. Over all my experience with them was great they had great customer service big up to Rashad he was great.

I have used Enterprise for a number of years & have always had  exceptional treatment. This last need to rent from them because my vehicle 's engine caught on fire unexpectedly, all just before Christmas , my insurance set up account with the approval for a car rental till everything was resolved. I was so lost & didn't know what to do, when I get a call from my local Enterprise asking me when they can schedule to come & get me to pick up my rental( this was a very pleasant surprise & relief). I was given a brand new 2018 Chrysler Pacifica with only a few miles hundred miles . This was a very roomy & comfortable car replacement for my lost mini-van. I fell in love with the ease of service & to get my rental with little to no extra unnecessary  fuss. The follow up calls to check in on my satisfaction & inform me when the last day of rental okay ed by the insurance company, & allowed me the same rate for another few days out of pocket till I chose another vehicle replacement. this so impressed me that I went through Enterprise car sales to get my replacement car  a beautiful metallic Red Chrysler Pacifica 2017. I look forward to continue to utilizing Enterprise for my preferred rental company on my many travels around the country.
