Friendly staff. Vehicles are not clean, smells and not in good working condition. I am basing this on 3 different visits at this location. I'll try Hertz next time.

Tyshawn Good, the Asst. Branch Mgr and B. Melo, the Branch Mgr. were fantastic. Excellent customer service. Would definitely go back again!

Tyshawn Good provided outstanding customer service at this branch. I had an unpleasant experience with Brian (Hispanic rude worker at the branch) and Tyshawn stepped in and fixed the situation. Brian needs some customer service training, and a shower. Hopefully he is not a manager as he is bad for the brand and is not management material in any shape or form. Tyshawn is excellent and is an outstanding example of what good customer service and what a great manager should be. He deserve a promotion and maybe he should be the one training the staff on how to treat customers as he is great .

I had mechanical troubles with my car and rented a vehicle from the Valley Stream Enterprise location at the last minute. Assistance and service by representative Tyshawn in renting the vehicle was outstanding. I had arrived just before closing on a Sunday, and after a wait in line, I presented my ID and documents and was on my way. The vehicle was in excellent condition. Returning the vehicle was easy and completed within 5 minutes. This was my first positive experience dealing with Enterprise. My past experiences with the JFK and Jamaica locations were disasters. All my future rentals will be with Tyshawn and staff at Valley Stream.
