Hassle free and efficient. Everything went smoothly. Helpful and courteous staff. Rates were great. Car was comfortable with no issues. Got back on time and my deposit was returned. I can see myself going back there. Keep up the good work

Got into a collision accident and was getting my car fixed at Wayside Body around the corner. There was an Enterprise booth inside that works with Wayside to provide temporary rental cars while my car was being fixed. The Enterprise staff assured me that the car rental was going to be mostly covered by my auto insurance, but it turned out that they didn't and I got stiffed with the full rental amount, which was an extra couple hundred bucks. Enterprise staff should have double checked with my insurance to confirm before making such an empty promise. Since I already signed the agreement, you have no choice but to pay later because they threaten to report you to the car rental bureau so that you can never rent a car again if you don't pay. Incredibly unprofessional and definitely sketch. Do yourself a favor and pick another car rental place.

Branch manager, Bryan, is more than a bit lacking in people skills.   Treats customers quite poorly.   He told me that because I showed up at 1 for a 12 o'clock reservation that I'd have to wait 30 minutes for my car, basically blaming me for the delay, which in my probably 100 times renting a car over the years has never happened.  Somehow I doubt my car would have been ready if I'd been there right on time.  I've rented from here once before, and it was a 30 minute wait then too.  In fact, everyone seemed to have a bit of a wait both times I was there.  I felt like Bryan was trying to deflect the blame for the wait, but it was kind of strange and he was oddly aggressive about it.  The person who helped me last time, Terrel, was great. He was apologetic about the delay and generally very friendly, so I gave him the benefit of the doubt.  They should put Terrel in charge of the joint... I don't know what Enterprise is doing putting this Bryan character in as the branch manager.  I heard him argue with almost everyone he interacted with.  That guy has no business being anywhere near customers.  

Cheapest branch in the area though.  I'd give it at least three stars if not for Bryan, but I guess you get what you pay for.

The Hillside Enterprise Agents are extremely helpful and respectful.  Since I have been renting from them, the cars are always clean and in good condition.  They also have a willingness to accommodate special needs.  I would recommend them to anyone that I know that has a need to rent a car.
