Very nice staff and service. I booked a car on line in the last minute before they closed on Saturday noon. When I went there to pick up my car, as there were bigger cars available, they upgraded it for me for free. And during the week they called me asking if everything was going fine. It was a very nice experience.

Staff is exceedingly pleasant and helpful.  I've rented from this office a few times and it is always a nice experience.  Everything runs very smoothly and cars are always available.

I rented a car from enterprise during the end of March/beginning of April through an insurance claim from someone else hitting me. Everything went fine, drove the car to and from work only. Parked far away, fine. Dropped the car back off with the auto body shop when my car was done, got a call a few days later from enterprise saying there was a dent about the size of a dime on top of the trunk. I told him "how would that happen? It's not like someone hits you in the top of the trunk" to which he responded "it looked like it was from closing the trunk too hard." Okay, well I never even used the trunk. He said "okay, just wanted to make sure nothing had happened." And that was that. Now, 3 months later, I got a letter in the mail with pictures of FIVE DIFFERENT DAMAGE IMAGES, and a bill for $500. Absolute bull, never in my life will I go through them again.

We had a Malibu which was very comfortable. It was a loaner for a car accident and all worked out well. Ease of pickup and ease of drop off. Friendly staff.
