This location is not honest or good whatsoever. I always use the one at PVD but for our family trip last summer picked up my car here. Upon arrival they tried to get me to take a suburban in lieu of the caravan we reserved because two families had reserved caravans but one of them was leaking oil. We politely refused. Upon returning our rental a week later all was well. We did a walk around the car and signed off. Everyone even commented on how the rental was cleaner when I returned it than when I drove it out of there! One of the employees immediately left with the van. 3 months later I receive a letter stating there was damage and I needed to send them $200. I attempted to call and received and awful woman (Lindsay I believer her name was) who would give me no information on what damage was on the rental just that I needed to send a check for $200.00. There was no damage. I have both insurance with my credit card and on my license that would cover any such damage. Why would I provide that information when no one can tell me what damage was done. I have rented cars for many years due to traveling for work and have never had such an issue and have NEVER damaged a vehicle. I know receive a collections notice which I will fight and win. The folks at this location are liars and sneaks, do not give them your business. Stick with PVD for renting cars and not some amateur location where they blame their corporate locations loyal customers. I will not be returning to any enterprise if this is how they let even one location conduct themselves!

I rented from this place and had to keep the vehicle for about a month. During this long rental time I had to contact this branch for various changes, like adding an additional driver for a long weekend drive, oil change standard service of the car, etc. No matter what came up, the staff was extremely cooperative and helpful. They go beyond their required job to make sure that you have a great  customer experience. Everything from being picked up on time for the first day of rental, to keeping the car for a month, answering and communicating with me whenever needed, etc., all was superb! I will definitely rent a vehicle from this location in future.  And would recommend others as well.

Service was exceptional! Enterprise Reps were efficient,understanding and fair in price. They are my go-to rental car service.

The staff is nice enough.  However, the car I was given was horrible, the price I paid for it was worse, and the reps will not give you a break.  I looked up the car online before my visit and noticed the price was $29.00 per day.  I thought this was not bad so I stopped in.  While at the counter I was quoted $44.00 per day for the cheapest car on the lot.  I told the rep. I had found a cheaper price online only minutes prior.  So the rep proceeded to show me the cheapest car on site at $43.00 per day.  A whole dollar of saving....nice.  This felt like a bait and switch situation.  I was stuck without a ride do to a car repair issue and I really needed a rental.  So I reluctantly agreed to the terms. I was brought out into the lot and shown the smallest cheapest car I have ever driven.  It was loud and smelled funny.  I commented to the rep about getting a different car.  He indicated for more money he would be happy...of course.  So I rented the cheap car at an expensive price.  It was a horrible driving experience and I could not return the car fast enough.  Basically, if you want a good deal and a nice car....go some place else.  I needed another car the following week.  I went with Thrifty.  Cheaper price better car!!
