Couldn't be better.

The manager and the rest of the staff were more than accommodating and friendly. I had no concerns about the service or vehicle they offered. Very professional and personalized service. From now on the only car rental service I will use when I am in Newport. Thanks guys.

Had a great experience! Was quick and easy, had a few days going away and set it up a few weeks earlier and got exactly the car that I wanted! Would definitely rent from them again!

The people who work there are terrific - friendly and efficient. I've picked up a car there and I've been picked up by Enterprise. Either way, it's been done well. I've always been satisfied with their professionalism and friendliness !

Never rent cars from Enterprise!! Could not fulfill an insurance replacement reservation for my girlfriend, hung up on multiple times, call center representatives told me to that I was “their lowest priority.” They made a promise they couldn’t fulfill and didn't care at all. Every male I spoke with was rude upon mentioning my girlfriend needed the vehicle, which leads me to believe they are a sexist organization. Not to mention they spoke over her and were extremely rude during her entire phone call.

Also, their employee numbers are useless — there is no way to get back in touch with anyone from corporate and not a local location, so don’t believe a word they tell you because they cannot back it up. I will be posting this review for other locations as well as the Bristol, North Kingstown, Taunton, Raynham, and Providence locations all failed to help in any way or hung up on me immediately.

I hope a supervisor can reach out to me and resolve the problem but after speaking with over 10+ reps the last two days to no avail and only frustration — it’s clear this is just a terrible company with horrible principles.
