I CAN'T BELIEVE IT. I called them and within 2 hours they were at my house. They measured the stairway and gave me a great price.  Believe it our not, they installed the chair lift the following morning. We've been using it for 6 months and it is perfect.  Thank you Joe.  Molly M.

Great customer service and follow-up! You can tell they really care about their customers as people. Our family needed a chair for my grandmother, who broke her hip last fall and needed to get up and down the stairs. The guys from the Chair Lift Store came out to my home the same day I called, and installed a new "Acorn Chair Lift" the very next day. Highly Recommended.

I needed a chair lift for my wife who was hospitalized and she could not come home unless we had access to the second floor or our home. Joe DiBiase from the Chair Lift Store came out to your home the same day I called and Installed a new Acorn Chairlift the following morning. My wife came home that afternoon and we are so thankful to Joe and his crew. Thank you.
