I have used this location twice and both times I recieved excellent customer service.  Pick up and drop off were easy and fast. and the staff was always helpful.

If it would allow it, I would have given them zero stars.  We rented a car for a week from this location for our annual trip home to Ohio.  Upon returning, in our haste to unpack after the long trip, a few personal items, (one of which was a tall stick umbrella with Van Gogh's Starry Night on it) were left in the car.  When I called to see if they had our items, they put me on hold for more than 5 minutes and when they came back and said that they didn't find any of our missing items and a very insincere, "sorry".  I know we should have gotten everything out and in the end it's our own fault.  I would just like other consumers to note that anything left in the car will never be returned because dishonesty seems to be part of the deal at Enterprise.  Never again, will I rent a car from Enterprise.

I rented a car from them for 5 days. I took pictures of the car all around and made a point to photograph any and all damage. I returned the car and was told there was a crease on the back bumper. Upon closer inspection of the alleged damage and the pictures I took, there is a crease that looks like repaired damage. I had to look from multiple angles and scrutinize the photo to find it. The fact of the matter is that it was not found before I picked up the car and was expected to pay for something they missed.
