Enterprise was very professional and pleasant to work with. I had my car in the auto body shop and needed the rental for longer than expected.

We had a very delightful experience renting from this Enterprise location. We were picked up at the train station at the requested time. Our check-in went very smoothly, no surprises. Stephen took great care of us. We rented a car that had just been returned and not cleaned up yet. Stephen took the car, cleaned it inside and out! There was no delay; everything was done very quickly, professionally and efficiently. Upon our return, the car was checked in very quickly - again by Stephen. He then drove us back to the train station. It was easy renting from Enterprise and we will always rent from them for now on. Huge kudos to Stephen for going above and beyond and taking such great care of us! Thank you Stephen and Enterprise!!

I had the pleasure of working with both Domonic and Alexandra, both were fantastic. The customer service was great! Dealing with an insurance claim of any kind and having to rent a vehicle can be stressful, you can count on these two to ease your mind and take great care of you! If I need to rent a vehicle in the future, I know where I will be going. Also, they are attached to a fantastic body shop. I would highly recommend Heppners and this Enterprise location if you're ever in need of body work and a rental to go along with it!

We always use Hertz for car rental. They have good prices and friendly staff. Have never had a problem. Plus you can drop off after hrs. 😊👍
