They don't answer the phone! Ever-my rental was overdue and I had the hertz hold recovery team threatening to call the car in stolen....still never got a single call returned by anyone from this location...I must have called 40 times throughout a business day that they claim to be open...???

. They are open until 1 p.m. on Saturdays I have called numerous times for the past half-hour no answer how can I depend on them when they don't answer the phone??

Hertz seemed to be of great service at first. They dropped my car off to me at work and the paperwork was quick and easy. I was even able to drop my car off at the auto shop where my car was being worked on when I was done. On top of that, the rate was only $30/day! Then, once I received the car I noticed the tank was not full. I drove the car less than 50 miles and returned it the next day (less than 24 hours). I asked the workers at the auto shop (after calling Hertz with no answer) if they knew the refueling policy for the cars. They told me I was not required to put gas in the car, which seemed odd to me. Again, I used maybe $10 worth of gas and I gave the car back in the same condition I received it. I find a nice $272 charge from Hertz on my bank account. I then was on hold for 40 minutes trying to figure out the problem. Never got to speak with anyone, and still do not know where the outrageous charges came from.
