These guys were super nice. Brought my car in for maintenance with no appointment and they had me in a rental really quick. They were great about helping me try and bill it through my insurance and have great prices! Very grateful that these guys are on site at the dealership!

The 2 stars is for this location's billing process. Was involved in a car accident this past winter where it was the other guys fault. His policy was paying for my rental while my car was in the body shop. The insurance company uses Hertz and I was dealing with this location in South St. Paul. When I signed for the car I was asked for a credit card. I was told they would put a $50 hold on it for incidentals. Approx 5 wks later my car was done and I left the rental at the body shop and was told Hertz would come pick it up. 2-3 wks later I get a call from Hertz asking when it was that I dropped off the car. Thought that was strange since they were the ones that should've picked it up. But I gave them the exact date. 3 wks later I'm going to pay my credit card bill and see that it its almost $300 over the limit. I immediately called this location and waited 2 business days for them to figure out what happened. I received no phone call. I then called the insurance and it was my agent that figured out what happened and had a check on its way to me in less than 24 hrs. This location billed the insurance for 10 days less than what the rental was for. And instead of contacting me or the insurance company regarding the balance, they went ahead and charged my card for it without my permission or knowledge. And it was up to me (not the company) to make all the phone calls to figure out what happened and get things straightened out with my credit card. And I never did get a follow up call or apology from this location even after filing a complaint online. Don't know if this location is understaffed, unprofessional or not customer service friendly but was extremely upset
