Had a bad experience with them, so wont reccomend to anyone else. My insurance rented the car due to mine being in the shop for a week . they also payed for the rental. We had positive experiences renting from Choice Auto Rental both times we have used them. Their customer service was above and beyond what we expected. They even dropped the rental car off at our office and picked it up when we were done with it. We would definitely rent from them again.

Used to be an employee at Choice. I would say 75% of the time the cars were unsafe to drive. Bald tires, horrible oil leaks, etc. The manager, Rick, is a complete train wreck. I was cussed out my first day of work due to a mistake on his part. They lie to their employees and will hire anyone. Talk about a revolving door. Once was told to rent out a bright yellow Chevy Aveo to a guy driving a Hummer. He laughed in my face. If you ever get your car worked on and the shop tells you that choice auto rental has a car for you, tell them to call enterprise or hertz. I also worked for enterprise, and they take care of the cars. I strongly urge everyone to never do business with this company.

First time renting with Choice Auto Rental. I called in to make a reservation. The person I spoke to was professional and took down all my information regarding my claim. He said they would take care of the billing which is great and one last thing for me to do. The car was waiting for me, clean and warm. It is nice dealing with great people like those at Choice!

This has been the second time I have used Choice after getting in an accident. I drove my car to the shop right after the accident and needed a rental right away. I called Choice and they delivered the car to me quickly without making me drive them back to their branch. Great experience and made the whole situation better! Thank you!!
