I appreciate the service I receive when I find myself renting from Enterprise. The staff are helpful and friendly.
The only drawback I feel is the penalty of having to put a deposit down for using a debit card, but being informed I would not need to do this if I were to use a credit card. I feel this is discriminatory to those who chose not to live in debt to the credit card companies.

I've rented many cars from various Rental Agencies throughout the US.. This one located in Inver Grove,MN  is by far the best.  Their staff is friendly,  knowledgeable, & very helpful.

The Team at the Robert St location is amazing!  Super friendly and know what they are doing!  They had us in and out of there in 15 minutes when picking up our vehicle!

Over all it was good. There was a little miscommunication at first and I stood out in very cold weather for a long time waiting to get picked up. Your midsize car now used to be compact when I rented from Enterprise before, so I had to upgrade to be comfortable. There are so many ad ons so it was frustrating listening to it all and saying no over and over again. The car was nice but ended up costing about $100 more than the original quote. I never did get the online receipt I was promised several times.
