The rental gear is really good but that isn't what earned a low review. The lack of response from their sales and support along with forgetting to ship out the rentals unless you contact them is what earned them the review.

Their website states that rentals will ship within 2-5 business days. That statement is either an outright lie or they ship within 2-5 days of your race. I'm sure it can be read either way, but I have never seen shipment within 2-5 business days of ordering. A bit of clarity would go a long way.

This is my 3rd time renting gear. The previous 2 times I was quite happy albeit a little frustrated at their lack of notifications and the aforementioned confusing statement on their site. The gear was clean and passed tech inspection easily. This time, I made the mistake of thinking the gear would arrive a little earlier. When I did not receive any notification of shipment, I sent an email asking if the gear shipped otherwise I was going to change the destination address. A couple hours later, I get an email saying the gear shipped. Great. My options are limited to the priciest of options because I can't get a response. FedEx will reroute a shipment to a store location but that has to be done by the sender, not the recipient.

I really wish they would respond to my emails and be consistent with their shipments.

Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They now have a full retail store with a wide selection and solid inventory of helmets, race suits, race shoes, gloves, com equipment, and more. They carry Bell, Race quip, sparco, alpine stars, OMP, and more. They helped me find a pair of race shoes... I must have tried in 10 different pairs! Highly recommended!
