Terrible. When I arrived to pick up the car that I had reserved online I was informed that they had no vehicles on their lot. I was told that I could drive to Hudson and they would give me a minivan.  They claimed that they did not have my phone number and therefore could not notify me that they were out of cars.  I did not have an “open ended” reservation Michael. Nice try on the misdirection. There is nothing you can do for me now. You cost me time and my company money.

We've rented from here multiple times and had repeated issues. We always reserve ahead of time. The most recent time, we rented a Compact car. My wife picked up the vehicle, and they gave her a Mitsubishi Mirage. When we were packing the vehicle for our drive up north, we started questioning whether it was actually a Compact vehicle. Mitsubishi lists it as sub-compact when we looked it up. My wife, upon returning the car, asked for a discount since we were given a smaller car than what we'd paid for, and the worker refused and told us the vehicle was a compact car. We just looked on Enterprise's website now, and they list Mitsubishi Mirage as Economy, a class smaller than what we paid for. This is not the first time that very similar issues have happened with this Enterprise location. They lie and aren't trustworthy. We're done with them.

The guys here were great as always! Love to rent from Enterprise when I have family events and or emergencies. Awesome all around!
