Pretty much the only car rental place in Hastings Minnesota.   Good and friendly staff.  Conveniently located next to The Fortune Cookie Chinese restaurant and Dairy Queen.

I wouldn't recommend renting from enterprise unless its your only option.  A  rented a truck though the hastings, MN store and it was dropped off to me at the unstaffed Cottage Grove store(next door to the body shop my truck was at). First off, i had to call and remind them of the appointment after i arrived. Secondly, while taking my things out to take with me, i forgot to grab my oakley sunglasses. I contacted the hastings store and gave them my info and was told i would be called when they pick the truck up so i could get my glasses. I didn't  receive a call. A week later i called again, the guy that answered said he was new and the manager was in a meeting so he took my info again and promised to get back to me. It's been a week and no call. I'm  sure which ever  employee  picked that vehicle up has a new pair of shades. Horrible  customer service and as far as i know these people love to steal your stuff, they haven't proven otherwise

Extremely unprofessional.  Will not return phone calls.  Expect a rude salesperson.  Who claims he is "so busy and the only person in the office" when there were NO phones ringing, etc.

You need a utility bill as well as the credit (NOT DEBIT) card, which we didn't have with us.  

Very rude and unprofessional.  You are best to look online and elsewhere.
