Glad to see this site got more cars in for the summer. I've been renting from them most weeks this summer Nice folks but they are often short on cars during peak times (Monday @ 5pm) - I reached out to some of the Managers to get a nicer car specifically reserved for me when I came in for a 2 week rental but they never replied. Also, the cars could use a more thorough cleaning every other rental or so - had a Cadillac a couple weeks ago whose touch panel was kind of gross with so many finger prints.

I used to be an executive elite with National when I was traveling quite a it. I was given great service with very good cars. I now just an Emerald club member, but still get the same service and great cars. I recently rented an SUV for a family vacation and was given an almost new Ford Expedition which was perfect for our family. With 20 years of rentals, I have never had a bad experience with National. I wouldn't rent from anyone else. Thank you National.

Hardly ever have sedan's available to rent - someone moved a Dodge Challenger to the regular selection - had a hassle renting - accused by clerk of moving the car - when in fact I got in/out of the car because I did not like it to drive.  When on a business trip I would prefer a sedan v Mini-van or pickup truck?  Why do you offer pickup trucks to business customers?  At least dropoff was seamless and I was not charged for the premium car!  Executive cars and Exotics are always available but for the causal business traveler we are left to fend for ourselves.

Have been loyal to National due to convenience and selection in Emerald Club Aisle, but when I arrived the only vehicles available were mini-vans.  I did not enjoy driving around MN and WI for four days in this vehicle.   On a separate note, the $13/day fee for a GPS is highway robbery!   I'm going to check out the other rental company loyalty programs.

National does not leave me in trouble. Once I missed a flight from Chicago, IL to Saint Louis, MO at 10 pm, and National had my back to provide a good car so I could make my meeting in the morning. They have good cars and I would choose them over other companies anytime.
