Did everything online, so once I reached the site they only had to verify who I was. The gentleman was very nice, showed me the car and was very friendly. Once I returned the vehicle I was met with that same type of service. I will continue to use Enterprise for all my rental needs.

I am glad I chose this location. The staff is super friendly, and they are very accommodating. The first car they had given me, I was convinced there was something wrong with it, So they had asked me to return it to the location. When I had returned they had bumped me up to a bigger car, at no charge. These people are great, and strive for excellent customer service.

I have been a loyal customer of Enterprise for over 7 years. I have met some pretty phenominal people over the years. But this location is the BEST. The staff is always professional and courteous, which is a reflection of the Manager. I have had the opportunity to reserve vehicles with him directly and He is totally Awesome. They really represent the company well. I Love renting from Enterprise. I would like to say Thank you to the staff on Florida Ave. Your personality, accuracy, warmth and 
professionalism is what keeps me coming back.

I called this location to see if I could transfer my reservation here and to check the availability of economy vehicles. The lady on the phone said "yes, you can transfer it and we have economy. 'Come on down.'" So I get there and the lady tells me that not only do they not have economy vehicles available and wanted to charge me for an upgrade, but then went on to tell me she couldn't transfer the reservation - which was fine, but why tell me on the phone that it can and will be done and you have the vehicle reserved? She tells me that it was a call center that directed their calls (it wasn't, the woman on the phone was THERE because I double checked.) So then I ask if she can find me a location nearby and she just tells me that "most are closed." .....okay, I know it's Sunday. But I have seen there are a few locations open today so can you check for me and contact them and see if they have economy so I don't have this issue again. She says "I can give you the phone number." So I call twice and after waiting on hold for a few minutes I get forwarded to an answering machine both times. I then approach the same lady and tell her they aren't answering and ask if she can contact them. She THEN tells me "here, you can use our phone." Are you kidding me? No, I won't use your phone to call your company's other location. You can call for me and actually attempt to help me sort this out. I ended up getting it transferred to a different location in Bradenton and they were very gracious - they didn't have economy but upgraded me for free because it "was their fault they didn't have the reservation." It was just a bad experience all the way around. I don't mind if things aren't working, but at LEAST attempt to remedy the situation.

Made rental in advance of flying to Tampa. Arrived at Enterprise were very helpful and everything was ready to go. Would highly recommend .
