Beware when renting from Hertz, I rented from Hertz in December 2017, paid my bill, then today, January 11, 2018, I noticed I have additional charges pending on my credit card from Hertz. No company has the right to make additional charges without first explaining the charges to the customer.  Once the bill has been paid,  no additional charges should be charged.  In good faith I paid the bill even cleaned the car of animal hair because it was not cleaned before I rented and now this. Unacceptable. I will never rent from Hertz again. I am giving Hertz 0 rating but the only way I could post was to give one star, so I give it to Fowler St. Tampa, not Hertz .

Not ADA friendly. No handicap parking, ramp up curb blocked by their vehicles. Limited parking restricted by marked parking for auto repair place in same building. Couldn’t get close to rented vehicle to transfer luggage.
Got there at opening, took a while to get on the road. A nice thing, they did rinse the dew off the rental. Operation not up to standards for customer service.

I had a couple rentals from this place over the course of a month while my car was in the shop. The staff here really held it together in spite of how busy this particular location is. The only issue I had was a charge that was delayed by about a month. It was a relatively large amount that caught me and my bank account off guard. I would have liked them to call me to give me a heads up for the delayed charge but I also should have been paying closer attention to my own account. All things considered, one of the better experiences I've had with a rental place. I would definitely go through them again rather than the other guys.

The free pick-up service is good, but they came in late of more than 1 hour for two times: I will never ask for this service anymore. Plan to reach this place in advance, as they take a very long time to serve you and provide the rented car. Indeed, we waited almost 40 minutes.

Solid rental company and they will pick you up. Much better than Enterprise rental.
