Every time I have rented from this company I have not been disappointed. The branch manager has always called every time I have rented just to make sure the car was running fine and if I had any troubles. Johnny especially makes coming here a great experience!!! I became a plus member because I just love it here and you get rental perks!! Also a discount on renting if you are a member so I'm telling you now sign up for the member card it's worth it!! Thanks again johnny for making renting a car so easy and smooth I greatly appreciate it.

What an amazingly cordial staff! Johnny was helpful, but the highlight of my experience was Tommy. Tommy helped me with every question, and helped me feel comfortable and confident in my rental experience. I will definitely come back here and recommend to all my friends and family. Thank you so much Tommy!

These people are awesome. I had to rent a car! and after calling EVERYONE in Tampa, Brandon Plant city etc. With no help.. AFFORDABLE CAR RENTAL not only got me in a car, they have me an awesome price and the car was great.. Thanks guys

Such a positive experience. Haven't had a better car rental in years. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted and given assistance so I could be on my way quickly. One of the managers, I believe his name was Tommy also assisted to ensure I had everything I needed. Anytime I am in town for business I will certainly be looking to these folks!

They are not there to help, not like they said, they are there to make your car rental experience painful. 1rst they gave me hard time with my insurance, then another hard time because is a Debit Card, when all my rentals had been paid with the same card in enterprise, differents locations. They dont let you pay by cash neither. The guy there was trying to not giving me the car, not there to help. This is my worst experience with enterprise car rental

Thats all I have to say nothing more, you have all my info in your system. Email, phone number, even the credit card that you guys gave me problems with it, its there...
