The rental airport locations were all in  high demand because of the holidays-so we found this Budget location right nearby instead (no airport fees, much much cheaper!)

Super helpful and pleasant staff. They were a little swamped with the holidays and the extra overflow airport rental traffic. But they were handling it well, without complaint.

This truck was nasty! Tried not to gag on the way to the house, but as soon as I opened the door I touched a booger on the handle... Had to clean up my barf off the door, then proceeded to cleaning the rest of the grimy cab. When I headed out later that evening, the headlight glare from oncoming traffic was unbearable. Had to stop at Racetrac and degrease the bug grime off the front windshield in order to proceed to my destination.

Rented in Columbus, Ohio with drop off in Tampa, Florida due to Hurricane Irma. Was told by Tampa location not able to drop off to home, call other locations. So I call other locations told by one location it is not even a service offered, call various locations no help. Finally I gind someone to take me home.But I would not arrive there until 1 minute past close agent tells me he does not get paid overtime and if I am not the by close he will not let me return. welp he meant that had to keep car extra day mad fees.

Hoover Sanchez was able to get us in a Honda Civic when no one else would take a chance on a couple of guys from N.Y. without a reservation.
