This is an Off-Airport rental car location.  You will save the airport related fees, but you pay a slightly higher rental rate.

The customer service at this location is very slow.  They are nice when they finally get to you, but they are very slow.  When we were there, 3 employees were in the back behind a window while 3 customers were waiting in the lobby.

I personally prefer the airport locations for quicker and easier service.

Rented a car here due to an accident. Customer service was top notch! Car was clean and fully gassed. Thank you for making my experience great!!

The staff are very friendly and helpful but the car I got was not the best car. It was a Hyundai Accent which did not have cruise control and back camera, and the interior had lots of stains. We got it anyway because we had no other option. so if you're trying to rent cheap cars from there make sure they are not going to give you an old style car!
