I rented a car here after an accident and it was covered by my insurance. I had an appointment and all paperwork was ready for me to sign. The stuff was courteous and despite a number of people waiting in line, they were doing a good job, managing sign in process and delivering cars. I got a chance to pick the car. It wad clean and had only a few hundred miles. They did a follow-up same evening to check if I was satisfied with the car.

The level of incompetency at this location is mind boggling. Not to mention, when you call Enterprise corporate to file a complaint, nothing is done. If it was not for the fact that they provide loaners when your car is being serviced at Reeves, I would NEVER, EVER voluntarily rent a car from Enterprise...I'd rather walk than drive their cars or deal with their incompetent associates.

Terrible Service, States that they are Opened until 7pm. I called to state that I was running late and to make sure that they were going to still be opened. Voice Mail states that they are closed and their Website states that they are Closed. No Option on Phone except to leave a Message. Left Message stating that the message on the Phone states that you are Closed. You told me that you were opened until 7pm. Please call me in the Morning so that I can make arrangements to Rent a Car. I waited for several Hours for a return phone call; it never came. So I called them to explain my Situation. They told me that they were opened until 7pm. I say that's not what the voice mail states and your Website states that you are closed. I told them that I called and no one answered the Phone. To my shocking discover I was then told: Since we are the ONLY Enterprise Leasing in the Country that stays open until 7pm, we do not answer the phone after 6pm. I said Excuse Me, your are opened to the Public, but you don't answer your phone? I then said why didn't you return my Phone call. Next Shocking Answer: Verizon has us LOCKED OUT of our Voice Mail. I stated that it didn't state that the Mail box was Full if you are Locked Out or that they Voice Mail wasn't Working at this time. So this is the Customer Service from this very Unfriendly Staff at BMW Reeves Enterprise Leasing. Absolutely No Customer Service.

I have used Enerprise for Years and have always been extremley satisfied with everyone I have dealt with.  They have always treated me with courtesy respect and thoughtfulness.
