I've always rented from this location. The staff has changed but the service is still GREAT. I would really like to recognize Stephanie. My last rental was for two days during the Thanksgiving week and they were busy but she was amazing and very personable. She really took her time getting me settled with the rental and making sure I was satisfied before sending me off. Picking up  and 
returning the  car went very smoothly. I couldn't ask for a better display of excellent customer service. Thank you 😃

I made the rental reservation days in advance. On the day I picked up the rental, cars were in the parking lot. It seems they were priced above the rental rate and model range for my reservation. Instead of giving me a complimentary upgrade, I was made to wait for about 20 minutes for a car to be driven from another location  -- and on the way the driver stopped to put gas in the tank, I was told. The delay put me in heavy traffic and I was forced to rechedule an appointment, which was one of the reasons for making the rental reservation. It showed poor planning, lack of for-thought, and was definitely poor customer service. The experience reminded of what made me switch to another rental company. Thought I would give then another try. Although a late model vehicle, the car drove rough with over 30,000 miles. On the positive side, it had a sun roof, and backup camera.

This location has extremely helpful rental agents. Best experience I've had renting a car. Ask for Noel, she's awesome.

While sitting at a red light in my last car I was hit at high speed by another and my car was totaled. My Insurance set me up with Enterprise and I kept the Hyundai Accent for a month and everyone liked it. I was about to turn it in, our other car broke so we kept it 3 weeks more.  It was practically a member of the family.
So I bought a late model Accent on Craigslist and gave back the rental finally. I got a good deal, good service out of the car. The guys were great
and would happily rent again.  Highly recommended.
