I've rented from this branch a few time now and the staff is always extremely friendly and helpful with any request. I highly recommend renting from them.

I had booked a compact car with the weekend promotion. But when I went over to pick up the car, I was told that only economy vehicles were available and that too only one. Had to take a full size vehicle and pay extra for the same . It would be good to have an option to know the availability of the car while booking or at least an assurance that the class in which the booking was made will be provided

This is a very small office but very convenient location for me. Anyone in the Chevy Chase MD area would do well renting a car from these folks. I especially like that they pick me up and, after dropping off my car, will also give me a ride back. I often take the Metro or Uber (or Lyft) from the airport to a hotel on Wisconsin Ave. Airport taxes and fees can double the price of a rental car. So most often the total charge from the local Enterprise is much lower than renting from an airport location. The employees are never high pressure in selling extras.

I use river road enterprise frequently. Check out is friendly and quick, selection of cars and vans usually reasonable, especially if booked a few days ahead. Great neighborhood asset!
