I rented a car through my work software (Concur). However, I accidentally booked it the wrong month (Feb vs. March). I contacted Enterprise to change the reservation date. When I got to Enterprise the date of the reservation, they had the incorrect date (made for the day before), they did not have any cars, and were not willing to get me another car from anywhere else, including another Enterprise. The manager was basically like "you're SOL man". I'll be going to Budget from now on.

I have always had excellent service at this location. Very friendly and helpful staff. My only problem was I had to wait over an hour for my rental car ( it was being serviced), but they worked with me to make up for the time waiting!  Very good job and I loved the car I was given. I will keep renting from them in the future.

Got a vehicle quickly with my debit/credit card. I actually set up my reservation for the wrong day and they were still able to accommodate me. I would give 5 stars but the manager that did my rental signed me up for their $20/day insurance that I said I didn't want or need. They did refund some of my money but not all of it and gave me a 25% discount off of my next rental to make up for the confusion. I will rent from them again in the future but read the fine print a little more closely and be more forceful as to what I want in regards to the rental experience.

Not bad, if You don't mind getting the run around & dropped. We came in with a march bill, and was asked to provide a more current bill. An associate gave us a ride home to obtain it. Which We did, it only took a few minutes. However, when We were leaving the house to head back to the office. The associate Who gave Us a ride home, told Us His boss said for Us to call a different office. Because They had people in the office waiting,  They wouldn't finish the rental agreement They had started. All We had left to do, was to show the office associate the current bill & make a payment. 

This does NOT seem at all professional. The Lindbergh Office was MUCH MUCH more accommodating. My suggestion, forget the Lemay Rd. office. Don't waste Your time with Them. Go to the South Lindbergh Office instead. Their associates are way nicer & more professional.
