The employees at the Fenton MO location are polite, professional and very helpful. I have found myself renting a vehicle several times now and not all have been with advance notice. Each time, I was placed in a vehicle without any delays or problems.  I highly recommend their services.

At the last minute I required a one way rental. I  made a reservation with another branch but they didn't have any cars available. I called this branch and Travis was able to get me into a car within 2 hours. He saved the day and my appointment. The rental process was quick and easy thanks to him.

As many times as I have used Enterprise in the past, I was absolutely appalled and disgusted with the service I have received the past two days, not only that they can rent the vehicle I had reserved to someone else yesterday , When they finally got a vehicle returned that I could rent yesterday it was 15 minutes prior to their closing, I was 20 minutes away and they were fused to wait! Then  when I got there at 7:30 this morning since no one would wait yesterday, I was stressed and had to leave an extreme hurry to be able to be there at 7:30 this morning to get a vehicle  to get to where I was supposed to be at today, they would not rent to me because I had forgotten to grab a check stub or a utility bill with my name and address on it and this is after the fact that they had just rented a vehicle to me  The prior week! So no I will not be using Enterprise again and bull tell everyone I know my experience and strongly advise any friends relatives associates customers etc. to not use Enterprise! this is no way to treat someone who is been a loyal customer and use them several times even rented many times when I was on business trips working for my company! The only reason there is one star someone is because I had to get a star in order for me to be able to post this, if I had my choice I would be giving them -5 stars!

Very polite and helpful. They warmed up the car when i got there, it was freezing rainy day. Highly recommend  to all my family and friends.

In the last 2 months I've had to rent 4 different cars from this location thanks to a horrible experience with a shop that can't properly fix my car. As awful as its been dealing with the body shop,  I can say my experience with Enterprise has been the complete opposite, it's been extremely easy and pleasant. They've taken care of getting me what I needed on very short notice and I really appreciate the manager Ryan and staff helping make arrangements with the body shop so I don't have to. I would strongly recommend this Enterprise location.
