I was looking at airport locations to rent a car, and usually I don't do this, but as I was looking at reviews, I saw so many horror stories about a specific rental place, that I decided to look elsewhere. My Uncle had recently rented from this Kingshighway location, so I decided to give them a try. I did the online reservation the night before I picked up the car. So when I get there the next morning to pick the car up, everything went very smooth. I have rented cars many of places before, but this was by far the most smoothest transaction that I have ever had. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. From the gentleman that helped me when I picked up the car, to the young lady that checked me out when I dropped it off. The car was a very nice, clean, smooth ride. I will definitely be renting from them again.

Perhaps the best car rent company in town. All affordable. Choose from the variety of cars. From economy to sedan and trucks. Special thanks to Rachel for quite supportive assistance and guidance in choosing the right car. Overall the best car renting experience. All thumbs up on renting a car from Enterprise.

TERRIBLE customer service. Called to ask what I would need to rent a car, was never told there was a $200 security deposit or that a paycheck stub was needed with a debit card transaction. Was going to put more money in my account to cover the security deposit but the woman told me they were about to close & I would have to come back some other time.  Was then directed to the airport location which upon driving all the way out there, was informed they didn't take debit cards -_- I spent hours trying to get a rental for a family emergency only to have to wait until the following day to get one. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE!

I'm going to give Enterprise 5 stars on this one!  It is very much location specific because I have had bad experiences in the past at other locations.  In this case, however, they rose above the call of duty and helped ease a very stressful situation that I was in that involved my insurance company.  Ultimately, they saved me money and were very professional and a pleasure to speak and work with.  I would rent from the location in St. Louis MO again.  Thanks guys and gals!  BAC

I had a car accident and my insurance company sent me to this particular location. I tried calling about 45 minutes before close on a Saturday and was on hold for 10 minutes when I got the message "your call could not be transferred please call back" hang up. Called back, again on hold for about five minutes when someone picked up and pressed a bunch of buttons then I was sent to the customer appreciation survey. Call over.  I called a different location and had a car on the way within five minutes. One star because I never actually got anyone on the phone.
