My personal vehicle broke down on the PA Turnpike and after my car was towed off the PA turnpike, I needed a rental car. As luck would have it, the morning I intended to pick up the rental car (Saturday, January 13th) we were experiencing some snow and ice. I live very close to the Enterprise location where I needed to go, so, I could have walked (and I could have used the exercise!)but it would have been more comfortable if I didn't have to endure the elements. Even though I didn't have 24 hours remaining before my pick up time (preference for the We Pick You Up Service), I called Enterprise just in case they may have someone available to pick me up from my house. 

Stephanie answered my call quickly and professionally AND she was incredibly upbeat and energetic for so early in the morning! Even if she told me nobody was available to pick me up from my house, I would have still been impressed with how professionally she handled the phone call. As it turns out, she was in my driveway in less than 10 minutes. :) The great Enterprise experience continued when we got back to Enterprise and Stephanie completed my reservation. We got started inside the Enterprise office (where she continued to multi-task and answer phone calls while also taking care of me quickly) and then we went out to the car I would be driving. Stephanie scraped the snow off the car for me, sat down inside the vehicle with me while showing me where the important operating controls were located, and, she finished up the process by completing the paperwork and processing my payment right there in the car! Impressive mobile technology Enterprise! I left Enterprise with a smile on my face and when it was time for me to return the car on Tuesday afternoon, I once again had the pleasure of working with Stephanie. Stephanie was as upbeat and professional on Tuesday afternoon as she was on Saturday morning. She made the return process easy and she is so customer friendly! We joked a little bit about things (such as me almost turning in my house keys along with the rental keys lol!)

Whoever hired Stephanie deserves a pat on the back for making an awesome personnel move and I hope that Stephanie will receive at least a verbal acknowledgement of my thanks for her efforts and service throughout this process. Thank you! :)

great experience here. The young man at the counter couldn't have been nicer.  We were traveling and our car had a sudden mechanical problem and we needed a rental fast.  This place had us back on the road in no time. Much appreciated. !

I used to rent with this company all the time. I will never try again. Planned a trip to go to the Baltimore Aquarium for my kids and grandkids. Made a reservation, ran into a few issues with documents but still had reservation. Got an email explaining some details, called back into the office and they said everything was good to go. Run all around getting what they said we needed just to show up and they tell us we need different papers. Got everything together, my son shows up this morning to get the van and they say sorry we dont have a van available. I called they said they didnt have a reservation and they could not get us in a car til 3pm. Now.. I have 5 kids ready to go no van again. Went to budget they were more than happy to help us. They will get oyt continued business from here on out
