I'm very disappointed in this Enterprise. The empolyee they hire is not trustworthy. I had left my Louis Vuitton mini handbag in the car my boyfriend had rent when he return it. He called them and ask them to hold it for us until we get it. When I came back to pick it up not only was THE MONEY IN THERE MISSING, BUT MY GIFT CARDS and REWARDS CARD were missing too. It was over $300 worth of item missing. When I ask the girl in there what I should do because it was the empolyee who clean out the car and brought the wallet in. She said she doesn't know because the guy wasn't working there anymore who had clean the car and brought in the wallet. She said she wouldn't know if someone had gone through it or not when it was on the desk, but I'm pretty sure there is cameras inside the business itself. I had also left my house key inside the car but they said its not there. I know my house key was inside the car rental and it does not go missing unless the empolyee who also took everything from my wallet was planning to use it later to get into my house in the near future. Lesson learn, I don't think I would recommend Enterprise to anyone after this experience. I will be thankful that I got back my mini LV wallet and lose that $300 as a lesson learn to not leave anything behind in a car rental or trust people who should have the mortal to return other people's belonging.

Made reservations 2 months in advance.  Called 2 days in advance to make sure everything was still good with reservation.  After uber dropped us off from airport they said they did not have a car for us. Excuse was "people made a lot of reservations over the last week". It's been an hour and I'm still sitting here waiting on them to arrive with another car from a different facility.  Our beach condo is an hour away, so I could be sitting on a beach, but nope, sitting at enterprise.

THERE WERE 3 HANDSOME MEN WHEN I WALKED IN. ALL WERE WELL PROFESSIONAL AND HELPED ME FIND THE RIGHT CAR WITH THE RIGHT PRICE. NEVER HAVE I EVER HAD THIS EASY, QUICK AND PLEASANT EXPERIENCE WITH A RENTAL PLACE. I LOVE THESE GUYS.

I had a really great experience at the Ybor City location. The staff are very friendly and the customer service is awesome. I didn't have any issues with my reservation and will rent from that location again. Thanks enterprise
