Very good customer service from the Enterprise employees. They even took us out to our car to go over the controls and tried to save us money where they could. There was no presuure to buy any extras; CDW, liability, upgrades. My only issue, which is why I knocked off one star, was that there was no intermediate car available, even though we booked it 3 weeks in advance. We were offered a Hyundai Veloster, which is far too small. We had a deal offered to us with a small SUV, but Enterpise need to buy some more cars, as when we returned, people were going crazy because there were no cars for them. It was Christmas week I grant you, but an experienced organization like Enterprise, need to get their act together. I felt sorry for the staff, who had to take the heat for the bosses incompetence.

I rented during the Christmas holiday in 2017. It was a busy day and after waiting for about 10 min I got the car I reserved. The car was almost a    brand new Altima which has only about 4000 miles on it. There was no problem with driving duing the 8 days vacation.
The only thing made me not so happy is the car toll fee in FL. I asked about the sunpass and tolling fee. However, the assistance just gave me a brochure without saying a word. After that he showed me the car and gave me the key. I had to pick up someone in airport, so I did not have time to ask about the sunpass. During the whole travel, I paid about 10-15 toll fee. However, I could do nothing with the "toll by plate" or "sunpass only" plaza. At the end, besides what I paid in FL, I was charged 30+ dollars toll fee. I am pretty sure I could save a lot if I bought the sunpass service from enterprise at the beginning. I think you should at least let the customers know what the toll system is like in FL.

The guy here really took care of me.  I had reserved a car online last minute for a huge holiday weekend and 10 minutes before I was to pick up the vehicle at another location, they called to tell me they gave the car away and were all out.  After the run around over the phone trying to scramble for another car, the operator led me to the last car available in Tampa at the Kennedy location.  Double the price, but a safe reliable brand new F150 instead of a small compact whatever.  Regardless, the gentleman who helped me was able to cut me a little deal and get me on the road in less than 5 minutes.  Drop off was also painless, fast and efficient.

Super friendly and patient service. The team was overwhelmed and over-booked which made my wait time long. BUT, they did upgrade me for free. All in...great location.

Great Location and staff! They were helpful and made this rental experience easy and smooth even with having to change up rental time and drop off location! Definitely recommend this location if renting from enterprise!
