My wife and I rented a van to drive to Chicago for thanksgiving last year. Frank at the Tampa location was great, helped us out while picking the van up and was on point on providing any and all information needed. The van was in great condition, and ran great all the way there and back. If we are ever in need of renting a car, Carl's will be our number 1 and 1A choice above all others as they stood head and shoulders over the competition in response time, customer service, and willingness/patience with us. Wouldn't recommend any other company for vehicle rentals.

Great price! Great experience! Honest people!!!
We rented the van from this company through Turo.
The car was clean although there were stains on the seats but everything else was fine and the price was very reasonable. 
Very happy with the experience and will rent again from them.

We have amazing service from Carl's Van in Tampa. Our 8 member group rented the 8 passenger van for our short stay. We submitted all the paperwork beforehand so when we got to Carl's all we did was get keys and we were on our way in less that 5 minutes! Truly Amazing! We were even late returning the van and the manager, Frank, let us know that there was not to worry; "No problem, you guys just drive safe and we will be waiting here for you" -Frank. Would highly recommend! AMAZING customer service!
