The van was exactly what I needed.  Be prepared to not just walk in and walk out - it takes between 20-30 minutes - first they have to do a safety check and then clean the vehicle.  Then you inspect vehicle with them before you can walk away.  I had reserved this many weeks before, and they would have had a 5 star rating if all I needed to do was inspect and leave.  All was good in the end and very happy with the van and service.

This location is great with customer service. It's a very busy site, however the staff is very efficient and under very good management. Rental agents are happy to answer any questions and tackle any concerns. Always a pleasure at this specific location.

I travel throughout Florida quite a bit for work. Sometimes it's more conducive and convenient to use a rental car...and in some cases, it's a last mimute decision or trip. The crew at the Enterprise Rent-a-Car in New Port Richey are always very accommodating. They find ways to get me what I need. When they can't get it, they more than make up or it with sincere customer service.

Rented a car from this location for a trip and had a pleasant experience.  My car was ready and waiting when I got there. I didn't have to wait for service. They process and policies were clearly explained. The friendly associate walked out with me and we both looked at the car and agreed upon the condition. The paperwork was easy and fast. Returning the car was even simpler. My only complaint was the parking lot was super crowded with rental cars. Seemed like they could benefit from more space for all the cars.

I have rented from Enterprise twice here in New Port Richey and both times have been exceptional experiences their customer service is possibly the best I've ever experienced about a half hour after I left I received a call making sure the car was running ok and did I need anything directions help with anything did I have any questions.
I am an agoraphobic and I made sure the agent, April, was aware of this and then anything quite some many years since I had driven most people are under the misconception that agoraphobia is the fear of going out leaving someplace a fear of something outside which is completely inaccurate the truth of the matter is it's the fear of being abandoned someplace and not being able to get back. I explained this to April and she understood and not a half hour into my trip I received a call from her checking on me to make sure I was okay to make sure the car was running fine and to reassure me that if something were to go wrong with the car all she had to do was call that number that she had given me and they would be there within a matter of minutes. She called again the next day same questions just wanting to make sure everything was alright then I was alright I'll say it again I don't believe I have ever experienced such perfect customer service as I received at this particular New Port Richey Rent-A-Car and I can't say enough good things about them I know that people make the business and one McDonald's is not going to be like another but this particular store the management the employees the stop there were a group of people I highly recommend them.
