Not uncommon to wait nearly an hour to pick up or drop off.  For Thanksgiving, I had a car booked for 12:00 pm.  Nobody was there to help me until 12:45 pm.  I've waited an hour to drop-off, too.  Fortunately, it was a ten minute ordeal, which is not unreasonable.  

Were they not reasonable walking distance (~0.75 miles) from my house (the idea of getting them to pick me up or drop me off makes me shiver), I would pass.  I honestly could get a can to and from the airport and save time but not cost.  The employees are nice enough, but they are not staffed, period.  Makes me wonder what the purpose of Gold Club is.

I have been running cars here for a long time everyone is always very nice it's an extremely well oiled Hertz location inside Veterans Ford with no wait time.

Thieves. Post a rental car location next to a toll road and then as soon as you go through one toll you pay the fee for the toll plus the $5 a day no matter if you use the a toll road or not. When you call to talk to them about the issue they blame the third party company and do nothing to help. Total POS location and service.
