Good place to rent a vehicle as an option to picking up from the airport. Fees are much less, cheaper to Uber back and forth. My vehicle was waiting for me when I arrived. Staff was helpful. Booked another future trip using this location, saved a ton of $$$.

Rented a 2017 Nissan Altima , car was not maintenced or taken care of. Interior was ruined in entire car driver seat, passenger, and back seats all stained of liquid. The rear driver door had a huge ciggarete burn in it,and rear seats small ash burns as well . The ceiling throughout whole car was stained as well. Oil change was past due to 2,000 miles when I received it , motor was extremely dirty, reservoir for windshield wipers had water in it only even though I requested it to drive up North where it is minus 30 at times. Due to water being in reservoir it froze when I arrived to PA . I put several thousand more miles on car and it reaked of burning oil. Only one winshield sprayer worked , I would complain on outside of car but its normal for Florida cars to be dinged up literally "Everywhere " was not happy with rental they need to ensure the cars are well taken care of the car has only been on rd 7 months or so.

Opens at 8:00am and employee arrives at 8:30 (or later) on multiple occasions. And I don't rent all that often which leads me to believe that the work ethic by the employees at this location is very poor and gives Hertz, overall, a bad name and bad image. My loyalty is in serious jeopardy.

I was arranged a car rental from Hertz through an insurance claim, when I arrived the woman was unprofessional and extremely unpersonable. She chatted with a friend before helping me out and didn't care to explain anything about the rental or the rental process (I'd never been in an accident, so I wasn't sure how these things worked). She pulled the car up, said I was all set and walked away.. no "thank you for your business", no " have a nice day", nothing. I get in the car and of course, its FILTHY! Food crumbs in the back and front seats and on the floor (there had clearly been children in the car).  This was the last straw, I kindly went inside and told her (in front of her new customer) that the car was filthy and completely unacceptable , she offered to wipe it down but I declined as I was already late for work at this point. These things should be done ahead of time, but I assured her that I'd be returning it in the came condition it was given to me in. Worst experience I've ever had with any car rental agency. Thankfully, I am not paying for it away, but his is the first and last time I will be renting from Hertz.
