Over promise and under deliver. Get ready for the insurance upsell and anything else they can upsell. More expensive than most other places and not loyal to their regular customers. Only as good as the buck your spending now. Do yourself a favor, save some money and go to fox rent a car. Atleast 30% cheaper.

I love Enterprise and I always use their services. The only reason im not going for five stars is because I rented a car for 2 days but I had to cut my trip short so I returned it a day earlier.  I came into the Office 15 minutes before closing and I was told that it was too late to processes it but that it would be done in the Morning and they would email my receipt.  Si I frío per the car, the les and call it a day.  Well, 2 week later im checking my credit card statement and there was a charge for $253.00 when in fact it should had been $53.00 plus $200 deposit.  I contacted the Office and was told that it was because i rent it the car for 10 days and kept it an extra day.

I had to go into the office to fix the mess.  The good news is that i always trust Enterprise to do the right thing because they are a very trustworthy an reputable company and their customer services is amazing. So they were able to straighten things out right away. The lesson learned is, Do Not leave the Office until you take care of all of your business. It will save you a headache.

I rent cars 2-3 times a month to travel for work, and wouldn't go to a different rental company or even a different Enterprise location. The staff is friendly, and always welcomes me by name. They always put me in a great car, and give me a choice if they have enough inventory to choose from. High emphasis on customer service. I definitely recommend.

The manager is great here. I had an issue with another location and be was quick to solve it and keep a happy customer.
