Doesn't anyone know how to greet the customer? I stood and waited for over five minutes before being acknowledged.

 Even if your busy, you look up, make eye contact and say, "we'll be right with you". There were more people in the back who weren't even helping at all. 

The tall black guy was polite and courteous (i think he was new) Everyone else was too busy to care.

I booked under a corporate program and at counter they checked the validity of the booking, I loved it, this ensures the program is used effectively for genuine users. At the counter experience is awesome as always, car was nice clean. I would have loved the rental from JFK to JFK but it was almost double price as to what I paid after renting from outside. Enterprise may look at optimizing price at pickup from airport, encourage those actually. My drop at different locations was charged $49. This was ok. Return was amazingly fast and smooth at JFK. Location was easily found, service was perfect !!! Love Enterprise !!!

Crew here is awesome these guys have made this one of my go to locations!! They went beyond accommodating me and made me feel at home!! I was having a bad day but when I left there I was in better spirits.. Also the team here is super trustworthy I lost a gift for my girl in the parking lot and they went out to find it, stayed late to make sure I could pick it up.. Without them it would have been a crappy week thanks again guys your amazing!!!

This  would have had to have been the best rental car experience I have had so far. The employees were polite, professional and extremely knowledgeable. The process was made very easy for us and when hitting a bit of a snag the staff was there for support. The ambience is a positive one and you can tell both staff and management care about the customer. I feel as if they went above and beyond any experience I've had, even within entrerprise itself. I'd like to say thank you to everyone at this location.

This is a fabulous agency!!  I needed a vehicle for moving a family member from Ct to Ma, and they came up with the perfect answer in a cargo van. Apparently these can be in high demand, but they went out of their way to secure one from another location. Thanks again, you guys rock1
