Could not have been better ! Office help and emergency call line fantastic. Keyless key fob did not work when i went to go back into locked car! It's  6:00 am at a rest stop in South Carolina on I 95 and no one will be around until 9am. Emergency number was on fob, long story short. Called number and Hertz personal, told  me how to get back into car and reset system. It was cold, dark and alone, nice to know someone can help and just say "We will be sending someone and they will be coming soon."

Very happy with service from Hertz staff. Price was great and the car was awsome. It was nice to get the type of vehicle that I requestedon't, unlike other rental companies.  They tend not to do that.

I left with a vehicle from hertz and got pulled over a few states away because it was not registered! Thankfully the police officer was nice and did not tow the car away. He had me drive to the nearest Hertz which was completely out of my way! It was embarrassing and such an incovienence. When I called to complain they could care less and told me they would deduct $20 from my bill! INSULTING! 
 Never again will I use them.
