They charged almost twice what the original agreement was now yes I did take out the insurance so that did add to it, but they told me they were going to email me my receipt and I still have never received it. 
 So buyer beware, no matter what the paper says they're going to charge you more and it's significantly more.   You got to love it, "oh we're going paperless,  it's green and good for the environment"  that just means they can charge you more and not give you detailed receipt.  Yes I was in a hurry and I did not have time to argue I had an appointment that I had to get to.

Overall positive experience. The issue I had was the pricing. Way too expensive for what you get.

First experience renting a car. Online booking and the staff was great when I came to pick it up. Very thorough. Car was very clean. Excellent experience for a first timer. Will be using them again.
