I hope it is possible to give no stars to this Enterprise Branch in Bordentown, NJ.  I have been to several Enterprise's in the airport, in Hamilton, NJ and in West Windsor, NJ and those are all great locations.  Unfortunately this location was terrible.  I believe it was Megan who met me at the desk.  I know I had spoken to her the day before and even showed what time I called and still she said she did not speak to me.  She was unwilling to help me, ignoring what I was saying to her, and being extremely condescending.  I felt so low walking out of this place.  I had to rent with my debit card during this trip, and had to bring in  a utility bill so they can verify my address.  My new bill wasn't going to be available until a few days after I needed the car.  I had to show the previous months bill , which had a balance but did not reflect my present day balance, which was current.  I didn't own anything until a week later.  She refused to help me because of that saying that when my new bill comes then she can help me.  First, what professional says this?  It is obvious I wouldn't need it next week.  I logged in online to show her that the balance is actually current and when the new bill is coming.  Still she said well that's not a bill/statement.  We went around in circles because I kept saying that the new bill will reflect this and I cannot change the bill from the end of last month.  She ignored me began typing things in the computer, and told me that she could not help me.  I decide to pull up my Comcast statement which also had a current balance.  I had nothing due.  She said nope that's not the statement.  Actually, it was my statement on the screen and she refused to even look at the Comcast statement I had pulled up on my phone.  I left so frustrated and feeling looked down upon.  I went to another Enterprise that day a few minutes away.  They allowed me to log into my account, and saw that I had no past due balance.  Within minutes I was in a rental car.  It went so smoothly and the person did not treat me differently than any other customer, and I appreciated that he really took the time to allow me to log in and he downloaded my statement for me.  She was unwilling and did not even listen to anything I said, and then on top of that said that she never spoke to me on the phone.  I don't understand why she would do that.  I will never ever go in there again, and unless you're renting with a credit card I suggest you don't either. Please read further other reviews of people who were paying with a debit card, and they were  treated horribly by the girls in this location.  IF you are using a credit card hey no problem, but if not beware because they will make you feel low.  I rented a car the same day at another enterprise with no problems.

Great place to rent a car with reasonable prices and huge inventory. They even picked me up and also upon my request dropped me off. I would recommend this location.

I believe it was Christine who helped setup our rental. She handled incoming phone calls while filing our paperwork like a champ. We were on our way within 10 minutes. I would highly recommend this location!
