Best experience ever. Mostly due to the manager, Andrew. Josh was helpful as well. Andrew was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The day I came in on 01/31/18, he made sure to get me into a comfortable vehicle (Kia Soul) immediately with only$150 due to the third party (person who hit me) insurance coverage. After noticing that I had a bubble in my tire, I called and was immediately given a replacement (Jeep) by Josh. I noticed that the Jeep reeked of cigarette smell and the next day Andrew and Josh was nice enough to switch me into another Kia Soul. Josh made sure that he notated that there was cigarette smell in the Jeep so I wouldn’t be charged for it. 

Towards the end of the rental, after almost 3 weeks, Josh made sure to help me to have my rental extended until the next Monday so I could pick up my car from the auto body shop. 

This was the most pleasant, friendly, easy, smooth and at the same time, professional experience I have ever had at any car rental place or any customer service for that matter thanks to Andrew. He is a great manager and makes sure his staff (Josh) treats everyone in a friendly and respectable manner. I will ONLY use their service moving forward. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

How great is Andy!  He is so helpful and accommodating.  He will go out of his way for you, as he did for me.  Moments before I went to this location I was in another location is Bordentown, NJ that was unwilling to help me and ignored me.  I walked out and came here and I was welcomed and left in a rental car minutes later.  I will always come to this branch.

Andrew took over for the previous manager Dave who always gave 5 star  service.
Tough shoes to fill, but Andrew has stepped in and continued to raise the bar of excellence at this branch.

Slow to check in and check out but good customer service overall. Expensive down payment for rental.

Overall ok.  Looked like they cleaned the inside but the outside looked alittle dusty
