The staff has always been friendly. They are always willing to go out of their way for you. The car's are clean and newer. Great place to get a car.

Rented a vehicle through Hotwire at this location. Had my employee as the driver and paid for the reservation like I have done 1000s of times. Staff had me come in and would not allow my employee to get car. Told me I’ll need to setup a corporate account to allow it. I have been traveling for business the last 15years and never had to deal with this. Cost my company time and money. I would not recommend renting from this location. It’s worth driving the 10min to the Cherry Hill located on 70

Very happy with the Chevy Suburban that I rented for a week, the vehicle was incredible, however I did have an issue with my final bill due to a miscommunication at the time of renting.  I emailed the company and was quickly contacted by the district representative Derek. He was extremely cooperative and worked with me to correct the issue. I appreciate his responsiveness, and Enterprise' effort to ensure my overall experience was exceptional, which they've accomplished.

Worst experience ever.  Told I couldn't use a debit card without proof of address (Bill with address on it) which of course I didn't bring.  Told me the tried to get in touch with me but # was bad.  They used a number from a rental 3+ yrs ago.  Even though I provided my cell number when I made the reservation and it appears on my confirmation.  They also had my email.  Manager want to argue that the old number is all they had. I told him I would never use them again.  Instead of trying to make things right his attitude was They don't need my business.

Good Staff quick service and reasonable prices. Enjoyed the follow up call they provided a week after my rental.   Used for personal and private rentals. Would use them again.
