Enterprise supplied a new car. The vehicle had 13000 + miles. Worked great and had no problems. However the Columbus MS site does not have an area where the car can be washed therefore the car was dirty both inside and out. The back window was difficult to see through when the sun was shining on it.

I reserved a large SUV online and received a call to confirm that I still wanted my reservation. I confirmed that I would pick up my rental the following day. The caller gave me my estimated total plus deposit. When I informed him that the amount was not the total given to me online he said there must have been a bad mistake. I told him I had my email confirmations plus print outs of what I reserved and total. He suggested I bring them with me. Once I arrived the following evening to pick up my rental, I was informed that what I reserved was not available due to BOTH of the large SUVs being damaged and not available but he would give me something to "accommodate me". He offered me an Equinox or a mini van. I informed him that an Equinox only seated 5 people and I had a total of 6 possibly 7 people that would be traveling to Florida in this vehicle (it said online the large SUV holds up to 7 people plus luggage). He said I should get the minivan. I informed him that I reserved what I wanted. He said there was nothing he can do because that's all they had but he never tried to call me ahead of time to tell me this. He later said I was lucky for the deal I was already receiving because someone messed up bad with the price I was given online for the rental. I told him that was not my fault and he was NOT doing me a favor by giving me LESS than what I reserved. Due to him continuing on and on about how there was NOTHING available in what I reserved AND how much better the minivan was I had no choice but to accept it. I was due to leave at 6:00 am the following morning for Florida and it was already after 5:00 p.m. I was very disappointed and felt as if I was only given the run around and the minivan because he felt the price I paid was "too low" for a large SUV.  To add to it all, after returning it Sunday night and explaining to the night employer how disappointed I was he offered also stated my price was very low as if to say again yes I was lucky. I guess he was focused on that part and didn't listen when I said "yes I want it charged to the credit card I gave that also has the deposit on it". I told him I only gave him my debit card for the remaining $40 balance. "He said ok I will charge the credit card and the $200 deposit will automatically fall off." I folded my receipt and put it in my purse and left because I was exhausted. I check my bank account and the receipt this morning only to see that my DEBIT card was charged for the full price NOT the credit card I gave and authorized to be charged. I've been calling for almost an hour with no answer. I left a message for a return call but haven't received it. I will not say I wont ever use Enterprise again but I DEFINITELY will NEVER use the one at the airport again!
