The car was not up depart to me because the gas door was sticking out it was broken and every time I try to get a different car I was told to comeback it was not worth the price I paid at all and one of the employees had a attitude he was really rude like he didn’t wanna hear what I was saying.

I went online to Enterprise Rent-A-Car and took care of all my needs for my reservation. Normally when I pick up, everyone is so polite as I rent there all the time. The guy there on Saturday 10/28 looked up my account and asked me for a bill since I was not using major credit, this was not a corporate trip. When I return to pick the car up, the service was worse, I had to fill out an extra form and I had reserved an intermediate and he tried to give me a 2 door compact telling me "that is what we consider an intermediate". I was frustrated and they knew it, they had a corolla that came in and finally got me on my way. My only bad experience.

Enterprise is reliable, and has a friendly staff.   I was asked recently why I chose to go to Enterprise, and I told that person it was because they will go the extra mile for you.  They treat you with respect and make sure you are safe on the road.

We have use this rental place several times and each time the car looks like they didn’t clean in the last time the windshield wash was empty and trash in back of the seats. We will use it again because of the great customer service
