Was suppose to get a rental by 9am. To go on business trip! Missed my trip and a important meeting because there were no cars available. Highly upset.

They dont pick you up. They dont call you back. They dont have a car for you even if you  have a reservation.  They are closed on weekends.  They have 2 employees that sit and watch while one employee handles 15 customets. And just pray that phone doesnt ring while you are discussing your reservation.   Apparently people on the phone take priority over someone standing in front of them.

The overall experience was great.   We rented an exceptional vehicle that suited our needs perfectly!    
The only downside would be that apparently, in getting our rental all squared away in the beginning, my wife talked to two different people on the phone at two different times.    (different days) One of the ladies was apparently a trainee and quoted us, over the phone, a different (less) price with no deadline for that price (paying the down payment) than we were first quoted a few days earlier (on the phone)with a deadline to come pay.  When we went in to pay, we were surprised by the first quote to pay because we were under the assumption that we had no deadline to pay the lesser fee.  The trainee told us, because my wife specifically asked her, that she saw no deadline to pay the lesser fee   However, when we did in fact go in to pay the down payment we were surprised with the extra fee for paying the down payment later.    I would just want to know that all personnel were proficiently trained before quoting prices to customers.    We could have saved ourselves that extra money had we been given the same information by both employees.   We will rent from you all again.   We enjoyed our experience other than that.

I stated I would not use this rental location in the future. First off the website advertised totally different than actuality. The CSR called me about a week before I was to pick up rental and stated I needed to pay the deposit before I pick up rental. I asked if I could pay over the phone or online and she stated I had to come in person to make a $200 deposit. I asked a few times why because I wasn't understanding the purpose of that after the internet stated I book now and pay later. She was rude and stated I already told you because we have to have the deposit for security to make sure before we send the person to pick up the rental from another location. I was highly pissed that I had to drive all the way there just to make a deposit payment, then drive back there a few days later to pick up the rental. I mean, like what if I make the reservation from Atlanta, then would I have to drive all the way here to make a deposit payment? I mean now a days the convenience of paying over the phone or online is whats popular. Also, the wait time just to pay the deposit, pick up the rental, and return the rental was ridiculous, even other customers were complaining. I mean if you're going to ask what time you need to pick up the rental, then it should be ready when I get there. The rental was not ready for all customers that I seen at this location. when I went to pick up the rental, the car had trash all in the back seat. The only thing they do is maybe vacuum it out and then spray it off with water hose and it takes about five minutes. To make a long story short, I will not return to this place.
