I went to pick up my car and had to walk all the way across the airport parking lot because the only person on duty was washing a truck. I had to wait for him to finish before I could check out my car. The car I got was compact when my reservation was for a midsize but that's all they had available. I got a late start and left sweating because I had to go find someone to wait on me. Budget needs to allow for more staffing at this location or limit it's availability. Also having a HORRIBLE time trying to get a receipt for my company expense report. (guess they are washing cars again)

The car was very nice however we were not told in advance that we would need two proofs of residency when renting a car.  So this delayed our trip over an hour.  Also the car was not filled completely up when we got it.  Not to mention the $300 hold put on our card which has yet to be refunded.  I would not recommend this location at all.

I would not recommend this place to rent anything from! I put in a reservation online for a car and was told when I got here that she had only trucks and a moving van for me! I was never told about a $300 hold on my credit card they wanted to do either! Terrible place!
