I rented a car there and the car that was given to us was terrible. The tires where all pillow soft, they gave us a half of tank of gas and left the car running the whole time while we were inside doing paperwork. When we tried to take the car back about the tires, they told us to take it to a mechanic to air up the tires, plus the car alignment was off. It kept pulling to the left hard.

The staff are always friendly and helpful. They have the vehicles ready to go. They are easy to work with and show everyone respect and courteousy.

I reserved a Standard SUV, but when I arrived to pick up the vehicle, it was disappointingly small (Jeep Patriot). I googled Jeep Patriot and even the manufacturer listed it as a Compact SUV. I brought this to the attention of two employees at Enterprise, who each shrugged it off, simply stating that Enterprise lists it as a Standard SUV. Given that I had to haul quite a bit of materials, this was definitely problematic. I even called Enterprise Customer Service, had to leave a voicemail (!), and after 3 days, have yet to hear back from them. My records show that I have rented from Enterprise 9 times in the past year. Not counting this issue, I have had 2 other issues, which they addressed fairly. However, now I will be contacting a local car rental company and probably giving them a shot.
